    Velvet & Pour operates exclusively for private events, weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. We are available 7 days a week based on scheduled bookings.     Cancellation and Refund Policy

    At Velvet& Pour, LLC , we take pride in providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined our refund and cancellation terms below:

    Deposits & Booking

    • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event.

    Cancellations

    • Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund (excluding the deposit).
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
    • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

    Rescheduling

    • You may reschedule your event once, at no additional charge, if requested at least 10 days in advance.
    • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

    No-Show Policy

    • Failure to provide access or coordinate event logistics on the agreed date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

    Weather & Outdoor Events

    • For outdoor events, we advise having a backup plan. Velvet & Pour is not liable for cancellations due to inclement weather unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Velvet & Pour, LLC is a mobile bartending service that offers beverage catering and mixology services for private events. We do not sell or provide alcohol directly. Clients are solely responsible for supplying all alcohol served at their events and ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age (21+).


    Velvet & Pour, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or underage, or in any situation where safety is at risk. By booking our services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your guests' consumption of alcohol and compliance with local laws and venue policies.


    For any inquiries or to receive our promotions updates, please don't hesitate to contact us. Additionally, Velvet & Pour, LLC is fully insured; however, clients are responsible for verifying that our services comply with their venue’s requirements and any applicable local or state regulations.


    By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer, and agree to release Velvet & Pour, LLC and its staff from any liability related to alcohol consumption or event-related incidents.
